1. Returns Eligibility

2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

All approved returns must be shipped to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Inspection and Approval
Once we receive the returned product, we will:

If approved, the refund will be processed.
4. Refund Method

We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to replace a defective item, please follow the return process and place a new order after your return is approved.
