1Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under specific conditions where the product issue is genuine and reported within the required time frame.

The product is damaged, defective, or not as described upon delivery.
You notify us in writing within three (3) working days from the date of purchase or delivery.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories and documentation intact.
You provide proof of purchase, such as invoice or receipt.

Note: Return requests must be supported with proper details, photos where applicable, and valid purchase proof.

1.1Returns We Do Not Accept

To maintain fair usage and product quality standards, we do not accept returns in the following cases.

Change of mind after purchase.
Products with physical damage caused after delivery.
Products used improperly or without adherence to the user guidelines.
Products not purchased directly from Tee’s or its authorized resellers.

2Return Process

To initiate a return request, please follow the steps below. Our team will review the issue and guide you through the next process if the return is eligible.

Email us at teesenterprises110@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt.
Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Our support team will review the request and, if approved, provide return instructions.

Return shipping: All approved returns must be shipped to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3Inspection and Approval

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it and verify the condition of the product before approving any refund.

We will inspect the product to verify its condition and the reason for return.
We will notify you via email about the outcome of your return request.
If approved, the refund will be processed as per the refund method mentioned below.

4Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days of approval.

Please note: Exact refund timing may vary depending on your bank, card provider, UPI provider, wallet provider, or payment gateway.

5Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace a defective item, please follow the return process and place a new order after your return is approved.

6Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Products showing signs of physical damage or misuse.
Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
Products that are not in resellable condition.

7Warranty Claims

If your product is outside the return window but still under warranty, please refer to our Warranty Terms and Conditions for guidance on repairs and service eligibility.

8Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

After dispatch: If the order has already shipped, it will need to go through the return process if it is eligible under this policy.
