Orders, Pricing & Acceptance

An order is subject to successful payment, product availability, order verification, and acceptance by Tee’s Enterprise.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.
Product prices and applicable shipping charges are displayed or communicated before final purchase.
We may contact the customer where additional order verification is reasonably required.
An order may be cancelled or refunded if a product becomes unavailable or an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
5

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched.

After dispatch: Once a shipment has been handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible. Any subsequent request will be considered under the applicable return conditions after delivery.

6

7-Day Return Window

Eligible return requests must be raised within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery , based on the delivery information recorded by the courier or logistics provider.

Important: Customers should contact Tee’s Enterprise before sending any product back. Sending a product without authorization does not automatically constitute an approved return.

7

Return Eligibility

Subject to applicable law and verification, a return may be considered in circumstances such as:

Product damaged during transportation.
Product defective upon delivery.
Incorrect product supplied.
Missing product or supplied component.
Product materially different from the applicable description at the time of purchase.
Other eligible issues accepted after review by Tee’s Enterprise.

Return eligibility may require the original invoice, product packaging, accessories, identification labels, photographs, videos, and other information reasonably required to verify the claim.

8

Unboxing Video & Transit-Damage Evidence

Customers are strongly encouraged to record a continuous unboxing video whenever a parcel is received.

Begin recording while the parcel is still sealed.
Show the complete outer carton and courier label.
Record any dents, tears, crushing, holes, moisture, or other visible package damage.
Keep recording while the parcel is opened.
Show the protective packaging and product before removing or using it.
Clearly record any broken, damaged, incorrect, or missing item.
Avoid cutting or editing the recording where reasonably possible.
Retain the original video until the issue has been fully resolved.
Why this evidence matters

An unboxing video, package photographs, shipping label, and original packaging can help establish whether damage occurred before or during transportation and may be required when Tee’s Enterprise raises a claim with the logistics provider. Insufficient evidence can make a transit-damage claim more difficult to verify.

9

Condition of Returned Products

Unless the return arises from genuine damage or a product defect, the product should generally remain in substantially the same condition in which it was received.

Original packaging should be retained.
All supplied accessories should be returned.
Manuals, fittings, cables, and included components should be included.
Serial numbers and identification labels must not be removed or altered.
The product must not have been unnecessarily dismantled or modified.
The product should be securely packed for return transportation.
10

Returns Normally Not Accepted

Return requests made after the applicable 7-day return period.
Change-of-mind returns where no eligible product problem exists.
Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, negligence, accident, or incorrect handling.
Damage resulting from failure to follow installation or operating instructions.
Products modified, dismantled, repaired, or serviced by unauthorized persons.
Missing essential accessories or components caused after delivery.
Normal wear and tear where no manufacturing defect exists.
Products not supported by valid purchase records where verification is reasonably required.
11

3 Review & Inspection

The product or evidence may be inspected before eligibility is confirmed.

12

Refunds

If a return is approved for refund, the refund will normally be initiated to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed after approval of the eligible return.
Approved refunds are generally initiated within 7–10 business days.
Refund credit timing may vary according to the bank, payment gateway, UPI provider, card network, or wallet provider.
Tee’s Enterprise cannot control additional processing time required by financial institutions.
13

Exchanges

Tee’s Enterprise does not currently provide a general direct product-exchange facility.

Where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for resolution, customers should follow the return or warranty process so the appropriate solution can be determined.

14

Limited Product Warranty

Tee’s Heated Clothes Rails are covered by a limited warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

The applicable warranty period is stated on the product, invoice, packaging, or accompanying documentation.
Warranty begins from the original date of purchase shown on valid purchase proof.
A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required for warranty verification.
Warranty applies to eligible products purchased from Tee’s Enterprise or authorized sellers.
15

What the Warranty Covers

Warranty coverage applies only where the issue is determined to result from an eligible manufacturing or component defect under normal use.

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
Eligible heating-element failure caused by an internal manufacturing defect.
Eligible thermostat failure caused by a product or component defect.
Other internal manufacturing defects confirmed through inspection or authorized service assessment.
16

Warranty Exclusions

Damage caused by an external event, electrical-supply issue, misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized servicing is not treated as a manufacturing defect.

Voltage & Electrical Supply Damage Is Not Covered

Damage, overheating, burning, short-circuiting, component failure, or other product damage caused by high voltage, low voltage, voltage fluctuations, power surges, unstable electrical supply, lightning, or other external electrical irregularities is not considered a manufacturing defect and is therefore excluded from warranty coverage.

Physical damage, cracks, dents, breakage, or accidental damage.
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper handling, or accident.
Burnt components caused by high or low voltage, power surge, voltage fluctuation, or unstable electrical supply.
Damage caused by lightning, fire, flooding, or external events.
Water damage, excessive moisture, or direct exposure to water.
Use in an unsuitable environment or outside stated operating conditions.
Failure to follow installation, operating, or safety instructions.
Unauthorized dismantling, repair, alteration, or modification.
Products with removed, altered, or unreadable identification or serial numbers, where identification is necessary.
Normal wear and tear that is unrelated to a manufacturing defect.
17

Warranty Service & Resolution

Warranty eligibility may require inspection of the affected product or component.
Eligible products may be repaired or replaced at Tee’s Enterprise's discretion, subject to applicable law.
Replacement availability may depend on model and component availability.
Out-of-warranty repairs or services may be chargeable.
Applicable out-of-warranty charges should be communicated before chargeable service is performed.
Service may be declined where the required documentation is unavailable or warranty conditions have not been satisfied.
18

Product Use & Safety Responsibilities

Do not place soaking or dripping-wet clothes directly on the heated rail.
Do not expose electrical connections, switches, plugs, or powered components directly to water.
Install and operate the product only in suitable locations.
Follow all supplied installation and operating instructions.
Avoid using the product where the electrical supply is known to be unstable.
Where voltage fluctuations are common, appropriate electrical protection should be considered based on qualified electrical advice.
19

Return Period vs. Warranty Period

The Return Policy and Warranty Policy serve different purposes.

The 7-day return period primarily applies to eligible issues discovered shortly after delivery.
A product issue arising after the return period may still be reviewed under the applicable warranty terms.
Warranty claims remain subject to the applicable warranty period, inspection, coverage, and exclusions.
Expiry of the return window does not automatically mean that an eligible warranty claim is unavailable.
20

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tee’s Enterprise's obligations relating to a product claim are limited to the remedies applicable under the relevant return, refund, warranty, or purchase terms.

Tee’s Enterprise is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses to the extent such exclusions are permitted by law.
Where legally permitted, direct liability relating to a product claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.
We are not responsible for losses caused by customer misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow instructions.
Website availability may occasionally be interrupted for technical, maintenance, or external reasons.
21

Third-Party Services

Our website may rely on third-party services including payment gateways, logistics providers, hosting providers, and external platforms.

These providers may operate under their own terms, service conditions, and privacy practices.

22

Changes to These Terms

Tee’s Enterprise may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in products, website functionality, business practices, services, policies, or applicable requirements.

The current version will be published on this page. Continued website use after an update will be subject to the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.

23

Applicable Consumer Rights

These Terms & Conditions, including our return, refund, warranty, and service conditions, are intended to set out Tee’s Enterprise's standard business procedures.
