Tee’s Heated Clothes Rails are covered by a limited warranty against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship. This page explains the warranty period, what is covered, exclusions, claim requirements, and important usage conditions.

Warranty Coverage

Tee’s Heated Clothes Rails are covered under a Limited Warranty against qualifying defects in materials or workmanship, subject to the conditions mentioned on this page.

Important: Warranty applies only when the product has been used under normal conditions, installed and operated correctly, and valid proof of purchase is available.

Warranty Period

The applicable warranty period is mentioned on the product label, packaging, invoice, or accompanying product documentation.
The warranty period begins from the original date of purchase shown on the customer's valid purchase invoice.

What the Warranty Covers

The limited warranty applies to eligible product failures caused by manufacturing or component defects under normal operating conditions.

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
Failure of the heating element caused by an eligible manufacturing defect during the warranty period.
Thermostat failure caused by an eligible product or component defect.
Other internal manufacturing defects confirmed by Tee’s inspection or authorized service assessment.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply where damage or failure results from improper use, external causes, electrical supply issues, accidental damage, or unauthorized servicing.

Electrical Supply & Voltage Damage Is Not Covered

Damage, failure, overheating, burning, short-circuiting, or component damage caused by high voltage, low voltage, voltage fluctuations, power surges, unstable electrical supply, or other external electrical irregularities is not considered a manufacturing defect and is therefore not covered under warranty.

Physical damage, breakage, dents, cracks, or damage caused after delivery.
Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, incorrect handling, or accidental damage.
Burnt components or electrical damage caused by abnormal voltage, voltage fluctuations, power surges, unstable electrical supply, or short circuits originating outside the product.
Damage caused by lightning, fire, flooding, excessive moisture, or other external events.
Damage caused by direct exposure to water or use in an unsuitable environment.
Damage resulting from failure to follow installation, operating, or safety instructions.
Modification, dismantling, repair, or servicing performed by unauthorized persons.
Products with an altered, removed, damaged, or unreadable serial number where identification is required.
Warranty claims submitted without valid proof of purchase or invoice.
Normal wear and tear that does not result from a manufacturing defect.

How to Raise a Warranty Claim

1 Contact Tee’s Enterprise

Explain the problem and provide the product model or product details.

2 Provide Purchase Proof

Share the original invoice or other valid proof showing the date and place of purchase.

3 Product Assessment

The product may need inspection before warranty eligibility can be confirmed.

Required information may include: invoice or proof of purchase, product model, serial number where applicable, photographs or videos of the issue, and the affected product or component.

Warranty Service Terms

If a product defect is confirmed as eligible under warranty, Tee’s Enterprise may repair or replace the affected product or component at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
Warranty eligibility may require inspection of the product or component before repair or replacement is approved.
Service for products that are outside the warranty period or excluded from warranty may be chargeable.
Any applicable out-of-warranty service charges should be communicated to the customer before chargeable work is performed.
Warranty service may be declined if required documentation is unavailable or warranty conditions have not been satisfied.
Replacement availability may depend on the model, component availability, and current product availability.

Limitations of Warranty

Tee’s obligations under this limited warranty are limited to eligible repair or replacement, subject to applicable consumer laws.
Where legally permitted, liability relating directly to a warranty claim will not exceed the invoice value of the affected product.
This warranty applies only within India.
Warranty applies to qualifying products purchased from Tee’s Enterprise or an authorized seller, subject to valid proof of purchase.

Legal rights: Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or reduce any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Important Product Usage Guidelines

Proper installation and usage help protect the product and maintain safe, efficient operation.

Do not place soaking or dripping-wet clothes directly on the heated rail.
Do not expose the product, electrical connections, switch, plug, or powered components directly to water.
Install and operate the Heated Clothes Rail only in suitable locations and according to the supplied usage instructions.
Switch off and disconnect the product when it is not required for extended periods, where appropriate.
Avoid using the product where the electrical supply is known to be unstable or outside the product's specified operating range.
Where frequent voltage fluctuations occur, appropriate electrical protection should be considered according to qualified electrical advice.
